The AdZone Data is a carefully prepared database which provides crucial advertising activity data for the most frequented sites on the internet. It tracks over 2500 sites internationally comprising 95% of the ad revenues on the web by advertiser (parent company), brand, industry, date range, impressions, geographic location and expenditure. This information is vital to anyone managing, starting or expanding an internet marketing campaign.  


AdZone records advertising information for over 3000 internet sites. This pool of sites accounts for more than 95% of all internet advertising revenue. We not only measure web publications and search engines, we also monitor online services sites such as AOL and MSN. Our monitoring includes all banners, text ads, interstitials, keywords, links, buttons, pop-ups and hover text.  We also record the actual creative for banner ads, the text present in the text ads and text from the hover text.  We can monitor rich media, sounds, and video on a custom basis.  All advertising is factored into the expenditure data.  The types of ads are stored in the main database of more than 70,000 websites and custom advertising type reports are available. Our monthly reports provide detailed information from the top 3000 sites in our database. This information includes parent company, brand, expenditure and site information. The data is collected through the use of proprietary technology that monitors various internet sites. Our database is updated daily with current information. Our revolutionary proprietary NetGet technology, Computerized Advertising Information Retrieval System, monitors top web sites on the internet for content, frequency, brand, creative executions, advertiser and date. This information is collected around the clock, updated hourly and available almost immediately with our Online AdZone Interactive Reporter. Some manual methods of data collection and verification are employed in certain sites to maintain accuracy. Each site's advertising profile is carefully monitored and updated to reflect the dynamic changes in advertising structure. The process monitors advertisers, frequency and brand, as well as timing information. This information is tabulated and integrated with current rate and activity data to generate complete, accurate and up-to-date reports.  


Yes! Custom reports are always available. Custom reports, formats and totals are possible as well as custom data collection projects. Custom reports can include additional information such as creative executions, custom web site monitoring and customized category information. Yes, we measure geographic information on most of the advertisers in our database. This information will be available online to subscribers in the very near future. This important information includes company name, address and telephone number. We feel this is extremely important for those who need our data for marketing purposes.



Site traffic data is reported directly by the sites themselves. This information along with rates and revenues is available from the sites directly, various corporate quarterly and annual reports, SEC filing information, press releases and other public information sources.  


Advertisements are located on the various sites we monitor through the use of our proprietary NetGet technology. We not only record the advertisement, (banners, text, popups, etc.) we record how the ad is served (ad network, direct etc.) and the ultimate destination of the click through. All this information is recorded to facilitate the most accurate determination of brand available in the marketplace today.  


We track a list of over 70,000 sites.  Our Online AdZone Interactive Reporter reports on the top 3000 of these sites.   The 3000 sites have been selected as the top sites based on advertising revenues. We are constantly adding new sites as requests are made and new sites appear. Our NetGet site finder constantly browses the internet including new advertisers' sites to determine if they are serving ads. Our site branding staff reviews these new potential sites and those, which meet our criteria, are added to the database. Once added, we only remove sites which cease to operate or stop serving ads.  


Q10.What type of rating do you use, aggregate ROS or average rate card per site?

We rate the sites on an individual site basis utilizing average rate card per site. We do consider the varying rates (as published in the rate card) for different ad pages.


Banner Zone is a custom product that provides the advertising creative of the individual banners which represents the banner ads on the monitored websites.  


Our Movers Report is a custom product that shows the brands that changed the most in expenditure, either up or down, over a specified period, ranked by magnitude of change.
